Have 17+ years of IT experience and has been working on MS Dynamics CRM projects for the last 8 years as a Solution Architect/project lead / functional consultant. Experience working with MS CRM 3.0, 4.0, 2011, 2013, 2015, 2016, Dynamics 365 On-premise and Online versions.
• Proven experience in presales activities including Proof of Concepts, Demo, Presentations and positioning in front of C-Level Executives
• Have an ability to articulate architectural differences between solution methods and the challenges and approaches to integrating solutions built on different platforms including a working knowledge of different architectural frameworks that may be used by our customers
• Have an ability to move between high level architectural review / design and the “roll up the sleeves” level of actually doing all phases of a CRM / XRM delivery project
• Experience in using Microsoft Sure Step for Project Management
• Have an ability to successfully analyses, describe and design complex business processes, defining blueprint, addressing all high-level business and technical requirements
• Have an ability to continuously validate that the solution will satisfy the customer’s requirements
• Responsible for project delivery for mid and enterprise level customers.
• Responsible for performing presales activities and providing the budgetary efforts and costs to the customers.
• Extensive experience implementing sales, Marketing & service modules and integrating with other core apps like ERP, IVR, customer portals etc.
• Hands on working experience on Microsoft Dynamics Marketing, Social Engagement, USD and ADX Portal
• Have extensive experience on designing and building the industry specific solutions like IT & ITES, Real Estate, Space, Media, Pharma and Education etc.
• Has worked on the Microsoft Dynamics connector for Dynamics NAV and AX integration with Dynamics CRM.
Closely working with Quantum Business Advisory as Solution Architect and Principal Consultant and delivering project for in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
